Many Storage facilities look the same. They advertise low prices and great service but when you look closely that's not always the case. There is a secret behind Storage pricing. Storage faciliites are notorious for advertising low prices and then raising their prices, even doubling their pricing once they have you into a lease agreement. When looking at the late fees and lein fees they are also not the same. These corporate run facilities also over charge for fees and insurance. Some Storage facilities won't take cash or even checks because they are managed by corporate entities from Los Angeles or Las Vegas. Watch out for the bait and switch.
